A/C Maintenance ($175 for the 1st A/C & $100 for each additional A/C)

• Clean Evaporator Coils, Condenser Coils, & Tray

• Clean Inside Air Filters

Water Heater Cleaning ($175 for a 6 gallon & $200 for a 10, 12, or 16 gallon & $225 for a tankless)

• Check Anode Rod percentage of usage and give recommendation on replacement time frame.

• Inspection Pressure Relief Valve for cracks or corrosion.

Micro-Air EasyStart ($350 per A/C if purchased with package above or $400 if purchased separately; this includes installation)

Furrion Chill Cube Upgrade ($1600 installed or $1500 for 2 or more) (if scheduling more than 1; please pick 2 time slots)
