Leaving the Northeast Heading to the Southwest⎮ EP 8

Since we went full-time last August, we stayed in the North East. In fact, Connecticut was the furthest south that we traveled. Finally, in December, we decided to hit the road towards the Southwest. Braydan loves history, and one of the things he wanted to see was the Flight 93 National Memorial in Stoystown, PA. We made it just before closing, and we didn’t get to see the whole memorial, but that just gives us a reason to come back. Our next stop was a Harvest Host in Princeton, WV, but because we had been boondocking for 3 days already, we needed a place to plug in and get the battery charged up completely. We still wanted to support the Harvest Host, so we visited the Railroad Museum. Finally, the last big stop was the Smokey Mountains in Tennessee. We have full-time friends there, and we wanted to spend some time with them. Our favorite spot is Anakeesta which is a tribute to the 2016 wildfire. We ended the trip with a stop at The Lost Sea, the 2nd largest underground lake in the world.
